If you suffer a loss to your business or home, or if someone is injured on your property, we recommend that the following steps be taken immediately:

• Call the appropriate emergency personnel, such as fire department, police or ambulance immediately.
• If there are any witnesses and/or victims, ensure that you collect their names, addresses and phone numbers.
• Take any reasonable measures necessary to protect your property from further damage. If your property requires temporary repairs, we can recommend companies that can assist you.
• Report the incident to us as soon as possible. We have a 24 hour claim service available at 604-437-6200. Once you are connected, please follow the prompts.
• Lastly, be sure that you keep records of temporary repair costs, including your time.
