The ICBA Construction Insurance Program is designed for both small and larger contractors. The program is designed to cover off as many classes of contractor as possible.

For the larger ICBA contractor, we will work with you to customize an insurance program specific to your requirements. Working with a select group of insurers who specialize in construction risks, we will develop a risk management plan and insurance program that suits your needs.

For the small contractor who does less than $5,000,000.00 in revenue per year, you will have access to a one stop shop policy that has the following features:

• Broad Policy Wordings only available to ICBA a member that is CCDC compliant
• Competitive prices achieved by working with 1 insurer on a bulk buying basis
• Multiple options for "bolt on" coverage and deductibles to customize your policy
• Discounts available for claims free, safety programs and number of years in business
• Access to Wilson Beck's team of construction experts

The small contractor can download the attached application for review. We will require you to complete it and send it to us along with as many of the following items:

• Corporate Safety Manual
• List of largest projects undertaken in the past 5 years
• Corporate resume
